Yoogo Keychain Handling - Right Hand View
Lets start the right way by creating a tactile memory with the Yoogo keychain alone!
The Yoogo keychain without keys is not a keychain. But the best way to enjoy it plenty as a keychain and make it an effective defense tool is to feel it in your hands first. To do so, start without key! Four exercises presented by four videos of 12 seconds each! Less than two minutes!
Lets first see the the part of the Yoogo.
For the basic handling, the Yoogo keychain takes the anatomic place of a cigarette in two positions; POSITION 1 & POSITION 2.
POSITION 1
One ROD seized between the index and the middle finger with the RING and the free ROD inside your hand. The free HEAD is toward the little finger.
EXERCISE I
Make a tight fist with one HEAD out!
Important: Middle Finger Around the ROD and the Index Finger around the RING!
To ensure a firm grip, roll your fingers around the ROD and RING so the fingertips are behind them. When your fist is closed, your fingertips are between the Yoogo and the palm.
POSITION 2
One ROD seized between the index and the middle finger with the RING and the free ROD inside your hand. The free HEAD is toward the thumb.
EXERCICE II
Make a tight fist with two HEAD out!
Still Important: Middle Finger Around the metal RING and the Index Finger around the ROD!
To ensure a firm grip, roll your fingers around the ROD and RING so the fingertips are behind them. When your fist is closed, your fingertips are between the Yoogo and the palm.
SWITCHING POSITIONS
Pivot the keychain with your OTHER HAND. Feel the Yoogo placing itself into the POSITIONS due to the ROD's ergonomic shape.
EXERCISE III
Feel when you can squeeze the ROD. Do it for about 30 sec. I should be enough!
SWITCHING POSITIONS WITH ONE HAND.
Pivot the Yoogo with you THUMB to develop your ability to use it with one hand!
EXERCISE IV
Play this way until you feel you will never drop it. A hockey game should be enough!
You are now ready to had your keys to it.

POSITION 1 WITH THE KEYS
EXERCISE V
POSITION 1 allows to reach keys. For defense, use the front HEAD and the keys for whipping motion and whipping effect when punching forward.
POSITION 2 WITH THE KEYS
EXERCISE VI
POSITION 2 also allows to reach keys. For defense, use both HEADS and the keys to increase your action's effectiveness in multiple directions.
SWITCHING POSITIONS WITH ONE HAND.
EXERCISE VII
Pass from one POSITION to the other to master the basic manipulations.
Drill: Open hand - HEAD down - Keys out - Close hand -
Open hand - HEAD up - Keys in (Open your thumb!) - Close hand -
